Dormers

View dormers from inside and out. You look at the variety of dormer finished and the windows. From inside the loft conversion you can see the extra headroom a dormer provides in your new loft conversion.
Stairs

A bespoke set of stairs is made for your loft conversion. You can view the structure and build of the staircase, here you can choose your spindles and handrails.

Rooflights/Velux Windows

Here you can physically see the extra headroom and light a rooflight can provide and work out how many will suit your loft conversion. There are top hung and centre pivot for you to try.

Blinds for Velux Rooflights

Come and see the variety of blinds and we can show you how easily they fit into the windows.

Ensuites – Shower & Bathrooms

At the showhouse we have four bath/shower-rooms. Here you can see the quality and finish of the works that we will produce for your loft conversion. There are various types of shower and bathroom and wet-rooms.
